Early Advisor through End of Construction: Our services typically begin with geological and geotechnical investigations to establish site feasibility and design criteria for grading and building foundations. During construction, we observe and test to verify grading and foundation installation is being completed per plan and building department requirements.
Initial Project Consultation: Initially, we discuss the project scope with clients and their design team and provide primary research including geologic hazards, soil and ground water conditions. This includes a review of nearby soil conditions from our database of over 5,500 Bay Area projects.
