Lucas Ottoboni, P.E.

Senior Project Engineer/Principal

Lucas has been at Romig Engineers since 2013.  He is native to the Bay Area and is familiar with both the neighborhoods and communities as well as the vast geologic spectrum spanning from the San Andreas Fault and steep hillsides down to the soft bay margin.  

As a project manager, Lucas has been able to effectively guide clients, and provide timely responses and key support to team members (architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and contractors) on investigations he has managed for a wide variety of residential and commercial projects.  Lucas has worked on the design and construction of a wide array of earth/foundation projects including: soil nails, tiebacks, drilled piers, driven and auger-cast piles, and shoring and dewatering for basement excavations.

Lucas holds a M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
